Description Fonction: |
This job will be your new challenge in a state of the art supplier in the automotive industry. From the technical call force based in "Mechelen" you will work for the region Europe, Middle East and Africa. Your key tasks will be: - Supporting internal and external customers with product and application information. - Dealing with issues, questions and claims regarding warranty. - Answering questions received from internal and external customers in an efficient and effective manner regarding the products range, technologies and services. - Working very close with the field engineers and sales force. - Working throughout the organization (engineering, quality control, marketing) to address and follow-up product issues and opportunities to support being "First Choice of Customers". |
