Да это и есть координаты, время и условия работы,
госпошлины, последовательность и длительность
рассмотрения и пр. организаций, которые легализуют
документы без посредников. К сожалению, в Украине
нет апостиля.

a) Normally recognized translation companies make notarial
approvals by themselves and include notarial fees to
their prices. It is the best solution because notarial
offices are often overcrowded.
b) Some companies may provide both translation and complete
notarial approval and legalization. It is much more expensive,
but it might be good for cities another than Kyiv to avoid
many trips to capital.
c) Not every notary has power to approve documents for
legalization. In city of Kyiv only state notarial offices
##1 and 2 may do it.

И всех делов. Где-то в закромах Родины есть для России и Беларуси. Надо?

Так ведь многие или не могут поехать на Украину, или родственники уже старенькие, чтобы по инстанциям бегать, или работают - тоже не побегаешь...Так что предложенная инфа мне лично кажется более нужной, нежели просто координаты и часы работы всех этих органов.
У меня двоюродная сестра родилась на Украине, но является гражданкой России. Так вот в Бельгии столкнулись с ситуацией - за неделю надо было получить свидетельство о рождении со всеми штампами из Украины. Вот така фирма помогла - всего за 100 долларов они получили это свидетельство в Симферополе, поставили все печати и выслали в Бельгию. Нам это сэкономило кучу денег.
Так что вся информация о подобных фирмах, тем более с которыми уже кто-то имел дело и остался доволен - очень полезна.
